Foster Agreement

I understand that my foster assignment is temporary and the fostered cats/kittens are the responsibility of Rad Cat Inc.
I agree that all vet visits must be approved by Rad Cat Inc. and any unapproved vet care will be my responsibility.
I understand that all food, litter, and supplies will be provided by Rad Cat Inc. if I cannot afford to supply them.
I understand that cats and kittens can cause bodily harm and transmit diseases to other cats and humans and agree to hold harmless Rad Cat Inc. directors, volunteers, members, and rescuers, in the event of injury or illness.
I agree to provide love, attention, and care for the foster cats/kittens including a separate heated and cooled living area, fresh food and water, clean bedding, clean litter box, toys, and climbing areas.
I agree to home visits.
I agree to transport foster cats/kittens to adoption events and vet appointments.
I agree that the space designated for the foster cat/kitten is safe and has no means for escape.
I agree to give at least a one month heads up ( unless critical emergency) to the organization directors if I wish to longer continue fostering.
I agree to give organization directors at least a 2 weeks heads up about upcoming vacations or out of town trips while fostering. (This does not include emergencies) This will provide us enough time to make arrangements for the cat(s) while you are away.

I understand the risks involved with helping Rad Cat Inc. trap, transport, or overnight feral cats and agree to hold harmless Rad Cat Inc. directors. members, volunteers, Veterinarian, and Veterinary Staff. in the event of injury or illness.
